They’re good, very sharp blades. They, of course, fit my razor very nicely, and are sharp enough not to cause irritation or razor rash if used properly. They’ve helped me achieve really smooth shaves. But always remember, there’s more to your shave than the blade. Do it properly.

Great Value, can be easily be split into two half blades for cut throat style razors. The packaging is good, inside each blade is wrapped and they're stacked in handy dispensers. Good quality blades.

Before recently trying Derby blades, I was previously a loyal user of Feather blades. When I started using a safety razor 10 years ago I saw everyone online saying that Feathers were the best out there so I proceeded with them. I always got on pretty well with them although found them to be a bit too sharp and easy to cut yourself with. But in recent months I have found Feather blades have gone right downhill and every blade bar none in my last batch suffered from a defect where one side of the blade felt dull and almost painful to shave with. So I decided it was finally time for a change and tried Derby blades because I read a lot of good things about them. Wow, is all I can say. I wish I had used these from day one. They are sharp enough to provide a sublime shave but not to the extent where you end up with cuts when applying gentle pressure like I found with Feather blades. Both sides of the blades feel equally sharp and correctly manufactured. The cost of the blades is very reasonable. Overall Derby blades feel like the perfect blade and I won't be using anything else from now on.

I've just started classic safety razor shaving. So I brought derby blades as suggested in YouTube videos etc. For me I get one or two shaves out of each blade. Personally I think that's good. Quality is ok for starting out but once I've used them up I will be searching for a sharper blade.

I can state that they are effective or I would look like Father Christmas by now , so that is the main positive , 1 blade seems to last me about 5 days on average ( this will vary with the user ) You do have to work at them to get them out of all that plastic ! ( probably to keep children safe ) Remember somebody has to sign for them and you need a person over 18 in the household. Good value for the money. Many Thanks.

The first blades I've ever bought, paired with an Edwin Jagger De89bl Double Edge Safety Razor (which you can also but on Amazon). They seem perfect to me - sharp and cut through my hair like butter. They seem to last for quite a while (7+ shaves easily). Also very good value for money compared to cartridge razor blades. These will literally last for years. Would highly recommend people switch to DE shaving. I'm only 21 but wish I had discovered this type of shaving earlier. I've stuck to using the can of foam/gel and personally don't think you need to get soap and a brush to shave - unless you want to payextra for some smell that will go away after 30 mins.

I have just started shaving and tried a few shaving blades and find these the best for quality and cost with my RockwellT2.

c'est vrai qu'au premier abord les lames paraissent fine, mais une fois dans le rasoir ou la shavette ça rase vraiment nickel. avec 100 lames il y a de quoi faire, un rapport qualité prix remarquable.

Während ich über Jahre Wilkenson und Gilette Mach sonstwas mit 2-28 Klingen vergittert oder vibrierend genutzt habe, habe ich mich mit steigender Tendenz über die unverfrorenen Klingenpreise geärgert. Ein Ausflug zu den Discountern schaffte leider keine Abhilfe, dort steht dem günstigen Preis eine (gewollte!?) Unschärfe gegenüber, die selbst die erste Rasur mit einer neuen Klinge unangenehm macht. Also habe ich begonnen mich mit der Anschaffung eines Rasiermessers auseinander zu setzen. Dabei stolperte ich über klassische Rasierhobel, die mit diesen klassischen Rasierklingen bestückt werden. Zum Testen kaufte ich mir den günstigen Gilette Classic und war einigermassen begeistert. Die Rasur klappt hervorragend, das Verletzungsrisiko ist minimal, das Ergebnis in meinen Augen perfekt. Als die 5 mitgelieferten Klingen verbraucht waren, bestellte ich nach erneuter Recherche die Derby Extra Klingen. Diese sind dünner und damit weicher, als die mitgelieferten und nochmal deutlich schärfer! Dadurch ist die Rasur extrem hautschonend und sehr angenehm. Im Gegenzug verlieren die Klingen Ihre extreme Ausgangsschärfe etwas früher. Ich tausche sie nach ca. 5-6 Rasuren. Man könnte sie länger verwenden, aber warum sollte man. Denn der gravierendste Vorteil ist der unglaubliche Preis von 8 Cent (0,08€!!!) pro Klinge bei diesem 100er-Pack. Wenn man sich wie ich etwa alle 2 Tage rasiert und eine Klinge 5x nutzt, kommt man also mit 8 Euro zwei Jahre lang hin, ohne auch nur ein einziges Mal eine Stumpe Klinge benutzen zu müssen. Ich werde mir in diesem Leben keine andere Rasur-Lösung mehr zulegen! - Dann lieber irgendwann mal einen edlen Rasierhobel, der das Vergnügen noch ein bisschen steigert. Neben diesen Klingen empfehle ich noch die Rasierseife von Proraso. Als Einstieg dazu noch den Dachshaarpinsel von DM für unter 8 Euro, und man hat ein perfektes und günstiges Rasurerlebnis! Pinsel und Hobel kann man dann immer noch gegen hochwertigere Produkte austauschen, wenn einem das so zu günstig ist ;-) - muss man aber nicht!

Con este pack tengo para toda la vida. Estaba un poco exceptiva en busca de una maquinilla sostenible y así dejar las convencionales. Solo me faltaba encontrar unas cuchillas que se adaptarán a esta. Como soy primeriza estuve buscando y guiándome de los comentarios decidí comprar este pack. Al principio tenía miedo de cortarme al depilarme, pero desde que empecé a utilizarlas se observa una gran diferencia de las cuchillas de plástico. Se desliza súper bien cortando el vello al ras a la primera por lo que no tienes que estar haciendo varias pasadas y evitas enrojecimiento en la piel. También he notado que disminuye muchísimo los vellos enquistados y que se demora mucho más tiempo en crecer el vello. Con las otras cuchillas al tercer día ya notaba la aparición de vellos y con estas a la semana un poco más. Cuando menos te lo esperas ya has terminado de depilarte/afeitarte. Lo mejor de todo que una sola cuchilla te puede duras semanas sin perder su filo. También dependerá de cada persona y de cuanto se depile o afeite. Llevo casi un año usándolas y no llevo ni 5 cuchillas usadas porque rinden muchísimo, otro factor puede ser que no tengo mucho vello y cundo me depilo tarda en crecer por lo que no lo hago a menudo. Cosa que hay que tener en cuenta, sin embargo, la cantidad que viene en este pack te dura para años y para regalar. Os lo recomiendo muchísimo además de compraros una maquinilla de acero inoxidable que vaya a juego, con ello te olvidas de comprar cuchillas de plástico que se oxidan, que no depilan nada y debes cambiarlas en un dos por tres. Lo más importante es que es una manera más sostenible y puedes llevar tu maquinilla a todo lado, en Amazon podéis encontrar muchas opciones a buen precio.
