Good quality
Just like I used to get at Radio Shack, meaning good quality for a decent price and fast delivery.

Awful.
The quality of the jacks were awful. They were all different sizes, some fit in my Xbox controller good, and others were too big. It is very inconvenient to tie the headset wires around the holes and it works one time for 25 minutes and then stops working. I would rate a 0 star but I can’t.

Looks good
I bought these to repair the cord on some headphones of my daughter...but the cord had those hair-like intertwined braided "wires" that are impossible to separate and work with, so it didn't turn out like I had wanted. However, I am sure to use these in future work and they look good and sturdy and easy to solder. I will update later!

Very good but not for cell phones
Especially good for those who like me prefer plugs that their inner poles (to which wires are soldered) are physically separated from one another, rather than all on a single piece of metal. Perfect for laptops. Not good with cell phones that have a case on them (practically all cell phones), because the case prevents the plug to go all the way into the socket as it must do to work properly. See for example the plug in the attached image. That one IS designed with the cell phone case in mind, meaning between the four poles that carry the signals and the case of the plug there is a narrower neck that will go through the case hole.

Better have soldering experience.
Great items, much easier to work with that those jacks without the solder lugs. A word of CAUTION though. If you are not experienced with a soldering iron this is not the item, you want. Solder lugs are extremely close together, if they are bent, they will break and too much heat will melt the insulators. That said, these are well built plugs but so was the Titanic.
