These are good for walking in reasonable areas but I don't believe the are designed for extreme usage. They are comfortable but are made of rubber that can be cut.

I would say for comfort's sake if they don't have a size nine and a half I would go to size 10. It's better to have it a little loose then I have it too tight and cramping in your feet.

What size should i get if i wear us women's size 7?

Use the size chart. If you are between sizes go down not up in size.
