PRO Matte & Shimmer Eyeshadow Palette, Metallic High Pigmented, Mirror Compact

A brand that has created an eyeshadow palette that 𝘢𝘤𝘵𝘶𝘢𝘭𝘭𝘺 fulfills the claims other brands happily boast but are unable to actually deliver...Such as:- it’s long-lasting: I mean it, this palette lasts forever! I used the same palette nearly every single day for 𝘸𝘦𝘭𝘭 𝘰𝘷𝘦𝘳 𝘢 𝘺𝘦𝘢𝘳 before I finally used all of ONE color - I still had most of the others left!- shadows/shades that stay in place from pre-dawn to post-midnight - No, I’m serious, they 𝘭𝘪𝘵𝘦𝘳𝘢𝘭𝘭𝘺 last that long- An eyeshadow for those of us with sensitive skin that can be worn all day, lasts all day, and can still be easily removed with only mild makeup remover/gentle cleansing- it includes every shade you need: Whether you’re striving for a more natural/everyday look or a glamorous/dramatic one (or anything in between) - this palette can definitely do it- It’s compact, durable and travels well: I’ve tossed it into my bag (and/or dropped it) more times than I care to admit and I’ve never had a single shade crack/breakI’ve purchased this eyeshadow palette 3 times - twice for me and once as a gift for my mom. This is the first eyeshadow I’ve ever had to buy twice because I used every ounce of the first! This palette has the perfect colors for every day wear, a casual night out or a fancy night on the town — It’s versatility alone is worth every penny! The quality is outstanding - by far the nicest eyeshadow I’ve ever used — and that includes nearly every major brand from your cheaper drugstore products (Rimmel, CoverGirl, Revlon, etc) to the more high-end “found in department stores only” cosmetics (Clinique, Estée Lauder, any brand sold in Sephora, etc), I have yet to find a superior eyeshadow!Every time I’ve strayed from this palette has resulted in disappointment and ultimately I find myself going back to this eyeshadow - it never fails!

I was looking for a palette that I could use for both my everyday makeup and that was compact enough for my travel bag. These 8 matte basics cover both my minimal daily look and provide options for a bolder look. The two darkest colors work beautifully as eyeliner and all of them go on smoothly and last hours without smudging. There's also minimal fallout during application. The texture is lovely and smooth, doesn't seem to settle into creases or look cakey. The size is also perfect for a travel bag, compact without skimping out on options.

The palette is wonderful. First, the colors are great: neutral but rich. It applies easily and smoothly without streaks or excess powder dropping into lashes. Second, you can wet the colors and use them for eyeliner and it works great! I have looked for a perfect brown eyeliner for decades-- I could never find the right color saturation, lasting power, and ease of application. This product does it all. The shadow or liner stays put all day and does not shift in color. It may seem limited-- the selection, but I find another new combo every day! Also, I have used the black as an eyeliner too-- and it's great for fair skinned girls-- for it comes out a wonderful soft grey-- perfect for my green eyes. Now, if you wanted a darker liner, simply use more powder to water and it will come out as dark as you desire-- perfect for a night on the town or cozy dinner cat-eye look. The price might seem steep, but compared to other shadows such as the L'oreal neutral palette or Maybeline, it is hands down a much better product that will last for years. It's a bargain and a superior product. PS: you have to have brushes, for it does nnot come with any, but I already had a bunch of differnt kinds of applicators, so no big deal for me.

Excellent formula. Goes on smooth with little to no fallout. Just wish the pans were larger for the price. They are tiny.

Love this brand for eyeshadow palettes! As compared to other professional brands, Lorac’s eyeshadow shows up well on my skin (fair to medium) and wears well throughout the day. It’s one of the best MATTE palettes I’ve ever used!

If this color spectrum speaks to you and you’re looking to buy a new neutral palette, look no more, this is the *perfect* palette.The day-to-night color selection is marvelously broad! It allows you to create looks both across the range between warm and cool, with neutral right in between. Except for the topper shade by the name “White Diamond” (the shimmering white on my finger) which is a more sturdy to the touch, the shimmers and metallics are beyond gorgeously buttery. They feel unlike anything I previously owned collection, almost cool to the touch, the camera does not do them enough justice because in real life these shades reflect in more than one color, which truly gives that very “wet” look when light hits in different angles. The mattes are beginner friendly and a pro’s dream to work with, they’re silky smooth and can create so many looks alone. In fact, all the eyeshadows are so incredibly finely milled that they are probably going to be a challenge to travel safely with.This baby also multiplies as a changeable and reusable palette! If you ever want to customize your own, simply fold open the palette between the eyeshadows and sizable mirror, and using the included black little key just pop the shadows right out from behind. It also has a very luxurious weight to hold during your beauty time which is always a plus.All in all Lorac stole my heart! This is certainly worth the purchase!

I recently decided to give Lorac shadows a try. This palette was a perfect first-time buy from them, but I have to say that I am not entirely impressed. It could be the brushes I have (Morphe REALLY let me down) although I think it really is the shadow itself. It's not quite as pigmented as I would like! It also isn't quite as a easy to blend as some other palettes I have. To give a full overview, let's break this review down into multiple parts:SIZE: It's about the size of my hand which is what I had expected. There is certainly a good amount of product here for your money! I was quite pleased with that. I don't expect to hit pan anytime soon, even if I use it regularly. I would recommend it as a traveling palette, or one that you keep in your purse for occasional touch-ups. However, that brings us to the next point...PIGMENT/BLENDING: These shades just aren't as pigmented as I would like. This means that I have to touch it up a couple times throughout the day in order to keep my eyes looking fresh. Which, again, is okay. It's small enough to take with you. It's just extra work. It's buildable, which means that the pigment doesn't matter as much. I guess. If you work with it and build and blend to your heart's content you can certainly get a great look! But I think I'll mainly be sticking to my Rainforest of the Sea palette from Tarte, or the Naked Basics by Urban Decay (both of which you should obviously check out). I've found that using this palette as a base and applying a shimmer to the center lid (such as "Sunset" from Rainforest of the Sea), it holds up all right. Make sure to prime, prime, prime!! I forgot ONCE to apply a primer (judge me, I was in a rush), and the creasing was unbelievable, as was the "wear-n-tear."COLOR SELECTION: Honestly, I'm disappointed I wasn't more "blown away" by this palette! The color selection is pretty great for me. These are ALL colors that I use on a regular basis... I mean, pretty much EVERY day. They're beautiful, neutral, matte, and professional. If you're looking for a solid neutral selection, you've found it (again, I'd recommend Naked Ultimate Basics over this, still, or even the Too Faced Chocolate Bar). Overall, I'm torn. The colors are great, and they're matte, and they're exactly what I wanted. I just wish they were more pigmented and didn't settle so easily!WORTH IT?: Yes. I think so. I don't necessarily regret this purchase... I just regret not being blown away by it. I have the Tantilizer bronzer from Lorac (which I LOVE, more than any other bronzer eveeeer). I figured that maybe i'd feel the same way about their palettes. I'll probably buy a different one at some point, but I'm hesitant to buy anything too, too expensive for the fear that it'll be the same as this one. It's a good price, a pretty all right palette, and a good addition to your collection. Then again, you could always go with UD or Tarte or even Too Faced and get something REALLY great!

The colors are true to the pictures, and seem reasonably pigmented. The most amazing things are the packaging of this palette are the best I've ever seen. Not only normal upgrades like the mirror on closing magnetised pallete, but the back opens up to reveal pinhole which can be used to remove the pans and set them in any order you prefer, and, when they are gone, you can remove the empty pans and fill the now empty magnetism compact with other products in tin pans that can stick to the magnetism base. I just used the product the first time. It goes on smoothly, doesn't loosen and flutter all over your under-eyesor too much in the case. Beautiful- and worth the price.

I really enjoyed this palette for one week. Reason for purchase was that I wanted something light, with a mirror, and the right mix of shimmer and matte nude shades to bring with me on business trips. Unfortunately, the palette fell from a 80cm height ONCE, and this was enough to pulverise it completely. It has become since then a chalky mess, leaves dust and powder everywhere, no matter if I try to reconstruct the eyeshadow or not, I find glitter and stains on my clothes at the end of the day, coming from the colors. Not hygienic and poor quality!

Ho acquistato la palette « noir » e ne sono talmente entusiasta da avere voglia di acquistare altri prodotti del marchio. Le polveri sono scriventissime, il colore è pieno e niente particelle svolazzanti. Si sfumano benissimo e la gamma di colori è perfetta sia per i toni freddi che per i toni caldi. Prezzo democratico e una volta tanto il consumatore non si sente alleggerito da un acquisto strapagato. Bene Lorac Pro, avanti così.

This palatte is perfect for day wear through to evening glam. I have bought so many eyeshadow palettes and this is by far one of the best. The shade selection is brilliant and the formula is great!
