Works great! Bought it to cover up a few scratches on my rims. I used it on the biggest scratch and the results were amazing. With the supplies provided, I was able to sand down the curb scratch, tape off the desired area, and paint over it. The gloss matches the original paint, glossy black.

First off, I’m sorry that you are reading this review. I know exactly how you feel. When I hit that curb it felt like my stomach dropped and my car was no longer perfect. Just remember it’s a car and it’s going to experience wear and tear. The product is what I consider a cheap fix. It will fix the damage to the naked eye but the scratch will always be there. It’s like a scar that heals overtime. Only you know it’s there and no one else unless they search for it. As you can see on the picture, the scratch is still noticiable after the application. But from a distance, you have to try hard to find it. I used the chrome black and it wasn’t the best match but it’s better than the scratch. Pros- cheap, easy to apply and will get you through until your next curb hit (it will happen trust me) Cons-tape doesn’t stick well and the paint isnt an exact match.

good kit. helped fix my wheel that was damaged form the car wash. keep in mind this is paint and not something to fill in big gashes. can only fix smaller scratches

I had originally given this product a poor review as it did not repair the areas it was intended to. Not long after, I received an email asking if there was a way to make things right... such as a refund or replacement in case what I purchased was from a "bad batch". Good (proactive) customer service goes a LONG way, so it's worth mentioning that I was reimbursed as they made my satisfaction a priority.

Worked great to fix curb rash on my black rims. The bottle has multiple uses, great value in my opinion.

waste of time and money. i have a huge scratch on my rim i needed to touch up so i bought this. what a genuine waste. the cap on this pen REFUSED to open. wouldnt screw off to save its own life. it wouldn’t even come off when i tried to pry it with a flathead. this product pissed me off so bad and is now in the garbage.

I’ll give it 5/5 starts because it solves de problem. Depending on how bad the scratch was obviously will look better. In my case was really bad but I was able to sand it and paint it so it doesn’t look too bad. A good solution if you don’t want to spend 150-200 in the shop.

I bought the Black Gloss finish and am extremely happy with the result. It covered the curb rash nicely and has a perfect amount of gloss to the paint finish. I am so happy to no longer see the ugly, silver damage on my rim! I couldn't open the pen to access the "sponge" tip, however the pen tip applied well. I applied 2 coats for durability, but the coverage was already great after 1. I would recommend and buy again for a quick and cheap fix (if I would have wanted perfection I would have paid the 150$-250$ through a bodyshop). There is enough left in the pen that I will re-apply if needed.

So far it’s a good product, but not wow. The most important part is how you use it, there’s a specific way to apply it, otherwise you won’t get good results. Take your time and follow the instructions carefully for the best outcome.

I'm not a professional, but this kit made it easy and simple. I did not want to sand it deeper but I am pretty satisfied in how the paint covered the exposed metal. Perhaps I will try again later and see if I can do a better job; also know if I can reuse this kit.

I bought this to fix the scratch marks on car's rim. It came with the clear instructions and I found it nice to fix the small stone chip marks on the car beside car's rim.
