It seems to help give me more strength. At 91 years old, that is a big plus.
I have taken this product for a very long time. I have had an in opertable heart condition since birth . Many times I have quite taking the product but often go back to the small dosage when My heart is having a weaker time. I do not recomment for anybody else. Talk to you doctor. But it has helped me over several periods of time.
