Q: My cups came and they are all stacked and completely stuck together. my boyfriend can't even get them apart. how do i get them apart? it's crazy.

We tapped lightly on the bottom one with some pliers that had a rubberized handle. That got the 1st of the 3. The last two were much harder. Like David Wilkins suggested, we put some ice water in the top one. We let it set and that wasn’t quite enough. We then dipped the bottom one in boiling water with ice water in the top one. That worked like a charm. Still took some muscle, but that is definitely what I would suggest doing that has the least likelihood to damaging the cups.

Q: It says, "20 oz cups", how can they be 3 inches tall?

why do you think they are only three inches high ?…..did you use a tape measure on the picture of them on your computer screen?
