Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  I was attracted by the appearance of this steamer and it doesn't disappoint me, apart from easy to assemble, I feel it is safe and hassle free that the steam doesn't come out until I push it. It provides plenty of steam and I am pleased by the result of carpet steaming, a bit excited to use this to clean windows and kitchen.

My old vax steamer got broken and I decided to by a good one which will last for longer and I need a continuous steamer to clean my whole house. I shopped around and decided to buy this for various reason. Firstly it gives you full continuous steam for nearly 20 to 30 minutes on a full tank water. Secondly It is like an old style kettle so you can take the steamer around anywhere in your house you want and it does what it says on the book. It's very easy to set up initially and once it's done you can start using it straight away. The water safety cap is one of the best in the market and it gives you an additional safety to you and your family.

Compact steam cleaner that is very lightweight and easy to move.I think there are a couple of design flaws which is why I only give 3 stars and not 5.First i think the filling nozzle is is the wrong place, you have to tip the machine forward to be able to fill it with water, otherwise you will spill it all over the floor.Secondly, the floor head just doesn't swivel enough, it moves from side to side and you can kind if get it flat to go under furniture but then it goes off to one side. ( so the head goes under sideways flat instead if forward flat- if that makes sense! )If the floor head came down forward facing flat it would make it so much easier to get under furniture, as it is you kind of have to crock yourself to do this task. As a vacuum head can do this I cant really understand why it wasn’t made like this.The machine fits into its own little wheeled caddy so you can pull along behind you if you so wish, a good idea when the machine actually stays put in the wheeled base, I have to fiddle with it a lot to get it to stay there and even sometimes i pull it and it flies off the base.I like the fact that the steam is variable and you can push a button to continuously have the steam flowing or do this yourself with your hand . The steam does tend to make things rather wet though ( even on the min setting ) which steamers shouldn't do, I had to wipe over my floors after as they were quite wet compared to my old steamer.The tools sit in the wheeled caddy under the machine and i think this is a good idea as they are always to hand.It takes a while to heat up which is ok for this size of tank in a machine but it dies seem to last well.If improvements could be made, especially to the floor head being able to fall right down like a vaccum cleaner head does, it would improve the cleaning capability more and the machine would be quite a nice item.I will see how I go the next couple of times of using it to see if it improves.

This has a good size tank so it's plenty big enough for my home. It takes a while to heat up but it works very well and I like that you can use your own cloths with it. The cord is very short so you will need an extension lead and all of the attachments don't fit into the base if you want to attach the steamer to it. I got it especially for Corona virus as I didn't want to be exposing my child or myself to bleach or any other harmful chemicals to kill bacteria. I definitely recommend it.

Called my friend as he got big professional one few months ago and actually couldn’t remove some of the stains.... Since i bought this steamer all the marks are gone. I use it weekly to keep it nice, very light and easy to use. I love it

Can’t fault this steam cleaner,perfect for all those sanitising jobs around the house.Really does do away with all those chemical cleaners.If you want to leave a fresh smell after deep cleaning use some Zoflora.Also great for curtains,beds,clothes etc.Does all the hard work no elbow grease required and will pay for itself many times over.Especially when you count up the cost of cleaning materials.Versatile and cost effective,what’s not to like,every home should have one.PS: Oh and very good at stripping wallpaper,a job no one likes.

I tried it only once, was trying to get rid of something what was irritating me in my house. Tried to deepclean room, but didnt feel any difference sadly, which was not because this little monster was not doing its job properly, but because it was not what I thought it was. It produce lot of steam, clean very nicely, heat up quickly but takes time to cool down. It have also nice strap on kinda like purse, so you can easily move around house.
