Outstanding Mat
I bought this mat to place under my half rack. I don’t like horse stall mats because they outright stink of chemical odors. This Gorilla Mat has zero odor. It is thick, durable and comfortable and provides a no-slip grip. It is large and perfectly-sized for placing under squat, half or full-sized racks and other big equipment. It also looks very nice in a deep gray color. Best of all, it’s non-toxic, so I can put it inside my home gym without the negative health issues of toxicant off-gassing that come with almost every other mat on the market. It’s worth the price. I am very pleased with this Yo Gorilla exercise mat.

Awesome!
This May is heavily built - it’s both heavy and movable. It is grippy for agility work but soft enough for yoga! Do yourself a favor, buy the mat - you’ll love the space!

Mat does not move while doing exercises and provides enough cushion for a comfortable workout!
Needed a little more cushion for doing my exercises and this mat is perfect!

Good quality
This mat is high quality and plenty comfortable for yoga, HIIT, and other floor exercises. It doesn't shift over hardwood. We have our workout bench on it during weight training and it has held up perfectly so far. The extra width and length make workouts more comfortable. I wish I had bought a bigger size!The one knock is similar to what others have written. Even with mild sweating, I do start to feel like I start to slip more than I should. I'd probably sacrifice some durability for more grip.

Nice mat
The mat felt a little sticky when we first got it. I wiped it down a few times with water. It's much better now. It's a great size and so much nicer than the 2x2 mats that hooked together. I did put the mat on top of those little mats so it's more cushioned for the basement workout room.

Awesome mat
I used this the day I got it for a HIIT class in my home and it worked great. Some reviews complained about an odor from the mat, but I had no issues at all. I'd recommend this for at home gym sessions for sure.

3 years and still going strong!
Love love love this mat! Great quality and provides great comfort when exercising. It’s easy for me to roll up and put away as my space doubles as a play area. Highly recommend!
