The smell and taste are AMAZING. A little goes a long ways. It truly enhances the flavor of any dish.

My favorite thing to have for breakfast is scrambled eggs with a side of mashed avocado with truffle salt. I really like this product and enlist in the subscribe and save option. The first 1 lb. bag I purchased lasted almost 3 years. I even shared some with friends and family. It was still good after that period of time.I typically use kosher salt as it has the lowest sodium content of most of the salt you can get. I think because of that, this tastes especially salty to me and I do not need to use much - a little goes a long way.Besides on avocado, this is also good on freshly popped popcorn with some olive oil and is a good seasoning to many types of meat. I will continue to buy this product as long as they maintain their quality.

This tastes amazing! I sprinkle some on spaghetti squash or in my cheesy scrambled eggs and it just elevates the dish with so much flavor!!!

I used to buy this product from a local spice shop, but a small bottle jump to $37! This is a great product which not only has a wonderful truffle smell to it, I find that I don't have to add that much salt as this has kind of a big pack! I use this in everything everyone says what do you use I won't tell them because it's my go-to secret! You got to try this!
