12Pcs Nasal Dilator Nose Vents - Soft Large - Anti-Snoring Sleep Aid

I use these to help me breathe when I sleep (deviated septum). They are great. Occasionally they fall out during the night but that can't be helped.

First I want to note I am not using this to prevent snoring, but rather to open up my nose and allow more comfortable breathing when sleeping, my nose easily blocks up. I won't say it totally solves my issue, but certainly is a considerable improvement. I initially bought the sample pack to try the different designs and sizes. Now I ordered the type and size that works best for me. They are quite comfortable to wear and stay in place well. They are quite good quality also. Still using the first one (now a few months). So expect this pack to last forever, or until I lose them all.

These are what they call soft ones. Soft and pliable like silicone not the hard ones that are made of a more solid plastic that can be a little scratchy and tend to trap any muck in your nose when you take them out. I've used these for a few years and they're great but as a smoker working in the building trade they can also get to look a little yucky after a month or two even if you do wipe them off occasionally so I'm really happy to buy a pack of 12 at this price. I've got a very average sized nose, mediums are ok but this 'large' size suits me and really holds the tubes open. I don't snore now and sleep really well. All good.

I bought large as I was concerned they'd fall out. Placing them into my nostrils, I find I can't actually breathe properly through my nose with them in! Looking at them in the mirror they appear loose and unwilling to take the shape of my nostrils, so they look on the verge of falling out, no matter how far up there you push them!! No way will I try them overnight as I'm concerned they're going to fall out and pose a choking hazard to myself or my partner. Waste of money, I cannot in good conscience recommend that anyone use these, because even if they do fit your nose, they are going to fall out at some point. Ask yourself: do you really want to risk these getting inhaled through the mouth by yourself or your partner during the night!?

These are great wash then and reuse them.

I have a big nose but teeny nasal passages. I am a side sleeper and gravity actually affects whichever nostril is on top too. I am a bad snorer, much to my wife’s displeasure! These nose vents work wonders for me!! Not only a much better nights sleep but a happy wife too 👍 I have been using them for over a year now. I don’t find them uncomfortable at all and have only found they have fallen out a handful of times. I obviously have the large for my huge conk, they are a good fit for me but I could probably go a fair bit bigger hahaha

I bought these in the large size after seeing a review that said they ran small. But these actually are large. I think that reviewer must have received the wrong size by accident because these are definitely bigger than my previous ones. It worked out well because these are the perfect size for me, though when I first pulled them out of the packaging, I thought they would be too big. These nasal vents work much better than the other brand I used (the blue cones with the little hearts). I like them better than the ones with slits/holes in them. I'm really happy with them so far. My fiancé has not complained about my snoring since I started using these and I feel like I sleep more soundly/deeply. I rarely wake up feeling unrested the way I did before. So I highly recommend these! These are the best ones I've tried so far. They feel a little weird the first night or two that you use them, but they really open up your nostrils and allow you to breathe deeply. I suggest that if you're unsure/think you might be between sizes, you may want to go for the bigger size because you want them to fill your entire nostril. So it's okay if the nasal plugs seem a little "big" at first. The silicone is soft, so they will be comfortable to sleep with even if they feel snug - However, those neurodivergent folks who have strong sensory issues might have trouble getting used to them. But I think these would work well for most people.

Just what I was looking for and needed to sleep better. These plug/expanders work really well. Takes a few nights to get used to the feeling inside your nostrils. I had to trim these about 1/8th inch so not to rub against my inner nose cartilage. Those with a longer nose won't have to trim them. Well worth the money.

It works, but are bulky and uncomfortable. Not sure if the idea of having a tube half way up the the nose is good for your mucous membrane.
