Absolute bargain for it's price, easy to put together, very sturdy, good upholstery and very comfortable, even the 2 boxes it came in was very efficiently packed, now the mother-in-law wants 1.

So good I got two! Purchased one built it thought it was great for the price went straight back to get a second for other child. Cheap seems sturdy easy to build. (English instructions I saw a comment it wasn’t) Brilliant storage they look good easy to lift. Would definitely recommend Single and a double brought in this house.

I purchased two of the standard double bailey ottoman storage beds and pocket sprung mattresses. Given the price I have to be honest my expectations were not too high. But, I have to say this is a good quality stylish product and I am so pleased with them. Assembly did take a while, we hit a bump with the gas lifts, but after a few you tube videos we got there in the end. Mattresses are very comfortable. Customer service is a bit hit and miss as despite many attempts I couldn't get through on the phone and talk to anyone. They did however respond swiftly to emails and were very helpful. The only negative is with delivery. You, the customer, is given a date and time. It would be more helpful if the customer were able to arrange delivery when ordering. The delivery guys were excellent though. Overall an excellent product that exceeded my expectations 😊

This is a lovely bed, well made looks more expensive than what it was, took my husband one hour on his own to assemble this he did say the gas arms was a little stiff but after a couple of goes works better. Been assembled for 6 days so no complaints from my daughter 😊

I found the quality excellent for the price of the bed. The instructions are clear and easy to follow. When the piston is installed, it needs weight to close the first time. I thought it was defective, so I put my weight on it and it closed. The bed's finish is good, the metal parts are strong, no problems so far.

The instructions are really hard to follow and I'm an engineer regularly looking at drawings and taking things apart & putting them back together again. I missed the spacers between the metal frame and sideboard. Got towards the end & realised I still had two pieces and the frame wasn't wide enough. Building it was OK, but easier if you have two people to do (I had to do it myself as my wife is heavily pregnant). I bought this in October, but didn't get the mattress until a month after - thought we'd save money on the frame, then buy a really nice mattress from a bed store. Once built, the frame seemed very fragile and we didn't realise how under spec the pneumatic arm is - my guess is that they use the same one for every size bed and they are definitely not strong enough for a super king size mattress. It's incredibly dangerous, so please be careful: the pathetic handle collapsed on the first use as the pistons couldn't control the mattress on the way down. I've had to make my own handles and even then, I don't trust leaning in with the mattress up and always have someone hold it up. You can't sit at the end of the bed, unless you're at a corner, otherwise it will sink & creak. We've not had anything break yet, but it's only been 3 months of sleeping in it. Comfortable enough, but definitely more to do with the £2k mattress we bought. We basically only use storage at the bottom of the bed that can be easily reached, because I don't trust using the space further in for fear of losing an arm - pretty much defeating the purpose of having an Ottoman bed. The bed itself looks decent on the outside, but as soon as you lift up the mattress (needs a huge amount of effort, because the pneumatic piston is useless), the inside looks really cheap and tacky. So if you're looking for something that looks good and not too concerned about safety, then this is the bargain for you.

This arrived very quickly which was ideal as it was a last minute decision to buy a bigger bed for our daughter. The boxes were heavy, but I managed to get them upstairs myself. I laid all the parts out to check I had everything, and read the instructions before deciding to build the bed. I found the bed reasonably easy to put together, I only needed some help with a few bolts and I did put one part on upside down 🫣 However, in just 2 hours the bed is built and mattress on. The mattress is very comfortable, my daughter is going to love her bed

The bed itself is a great size and offers reasonable quality for the price. However the mattress is disappointing. We ordered the memory foam option, but it is not what you’d expect from a normal memory foam option, you can feel every spring. In hindsight we wish we had ordered without the mattress. Because we opened the packaging we couldn’t have a refund.
