This pillow is awesome quality and is properly filled. The inner lining that holds the foam is also made of foam and it is soft and comfortable even for big and heavy people.

Complete waste of money...pillow is not soft at all...too hard to cuddle n too big n large never buy it

Previously I had a cheap polyfill pillow and this is heaps better than that. Might be a little bit too thick. Unclear how to “adjust” the filling, no instructions givenEDIT: After 3 months of using it every night, it has become quite lumpy especially at the corners and where my body lays against/on it. It's really hard to fluff the pillow as it is quite heavy. I have no way to open the pillow and fluff the shredded memory foam. I really don't understand this. It has helped with my lower back pain a lot, on the other hand I don't think it will last long simply because I cannot access the stuffing.

Could have been more width and less of length.
