Smith & Wesson M&P Airgun (Medium)

This little Smith & Wesson lives up to the name IMO. Yeah I know Taiwan but it is a powerful, accurate, great little plinker.I bought 2 extra mags for it and a speed loader. They all work excellent. Trigger is typical S&W, stiff out of the box. Pull hear 1 click, squeeze.is a bit stiff at first but it loosens up. It wouldn't take much to reduce the trigger pull if you wanted to. Also about the big advertisements for Pell gun oil. A tiny speck of Vaseline on your cartridge, or a speck of any good gun oil works fine, for sealing. For that matter you could even use a pin drop of motor oil on the cartridge!I have found the Vaseline stays on the seal in the gun, just do not over do it. The Vaseline will gum up after awhile, and it needs wiped out, with a q tip periodically, if you use to much. a dab on the tip of a toothpick is what I am talking about. I have had so much fun with this little gun in the past few weeks it isn't funny! It will shred coffee cans, beer cans, even dents a co/2 cartridge. Very powerful, not a toy!Have fun, and be safe. I've been collecting replica guns as props for my photography projects, so I really can't comment on its actual purpose, which is to fire bb's. It's a wonderful replica. I got a kick out of the real light pipe rear sight! Sweet. The front sight is a white dot, sorry - no tritium night sights on this. I was startled when I pressed the magazine release and a magazine dropped free. This has the look, feel, and balance of a real handgun except in weight - it's lighter.The markings on the left side look authentic, as does the included safety instructions. The illusion is not complete because on the other side of this pistol is an endless amount of text, Made in Taiwan, .177 cal BB, etc, etc. Hence, if you are planning to use it as a prop in a photograph or movie, try to have your model or actor hold the gun in their left hand.It's seriously realistic looking, so keep it out of sight and don't toss it on the dashboard of your car or bring it with you to school else you're gonna have a bad day.Knocked a star off because all the writing on the backside, then added a star back because of the great price.

I like really like this gun, its great and accurate, both in shot precision and detail. My cousin has a 9mm S&W M&P compact and you can tell it looks extremely similar, so I imagine it looks identical to the actual M&P. I have another CO2 bb pistol that is no where near this good, it seems to either leak or waste CO2 and doesn't even shoot as hard. I currently use this sometimes when I'm out hunting in case I see a squirrel or rabbit as its legal to shoot them with a BB gun. I love this thing, it feels great, shoots great and looks great (especially the sights!). The only problem with mine is the fact that the front sight has a white dot painted on it that isn't in the exact center of the sight, its a few milometers off but still noticeable. Overall a great buy.

I did quite some research prior to purchasing this gun, I have been trying to follow all instruction to the tee. I am sorry for those who have had some issues, I sure have not yet. Lets face it for $30 you are not going to get a blow back gun and we all knew this going in. I have been placing 2 drops of oil in the guns co2 seal well prior to loading each cartridge. I bought this gun to improve my point and shoot skills, so far it is working great. I am shooting at 5-7 yards in groups of 4-5 inch's to start. I have been averaging 120 rounds per one CO-2 cartridge. For all of us who conceal carry this can be a real aid to helping us improve our skills prior to actual range time with our regular carry guns. I am very pleased thus far with the quality, performance and accuracy. This gun is made in Taiwan, and I will say thank God its not another Chinese product at least. What I will say is way to knock it out of the park S&W, good job.Stan

what a nice pistol. it shoots on the money. rats, mice, bats, anything you aim at within 20 ft. hits it. After that its ok but u might need 2 shots. First pistol bb gun with gas cylinder I have ever shot. Keep in mind you first must be some what good with a pistol. And yes it does have the smith & wesson name on it. I give it 4 stars cause,,, lets face it, 5 stars??? well means, perfect. nothing is perfect people... Oh yea, I bought 2 cause I like them

I have an M&P. It cost me $40.00 with free shipping from Amazon Prime. Pros: Good sights, hits pretty hard, and gets great CO2 economy (about 150 shots per cartridge on a warm day). Mine has been trouble free so far. It is accurate enough and fun to shoot. Cons: Light weight, trigger pull is a little stiff. Overall, however, it is a darn good gun for forty bucks.

Love this gun, I mean I just got it and yes I didn't know how to instal the c02 at first so I wasted two cartridges. But I figured it out and just wow. It's gun is worth it, feels real, looks real and sounds real. Just my only problem is the slide is fixed...no real kick back. But other than that this is a great buy.

I have put about 400 rounds through it. Was very pleased with the perfomance of th gun. Excelent price as compared to academy's price in store. The only bad thing is NO ADJUSTABLE sights, i bought it knowing this. But it is perty much dead on accurate any way. i do recomend this pistol to some one looking for a plinking BB gun. DO NOT RECOMEND FOR HUNTING!!!! the packaging also says this anyway. Make sure you get a tube of lube HIGHLY RECOMEND for every CO2 cartridge you put in.
