Great honey! Wonderful taste! Great health benefits!
All this stuff tastes great and research in it it's actually excellent for brain health and body health and overall health! It's all natural it comes from a region where you get some of the best honey the acacia honey and has similar benefits to the manuka honey another Honey's out there just depends on which region and which beekeeper and their process. But I love this one I buy others also. This is one of my favorites I like to take a teaspoon or tablespoon in the morning and just slowly lick on it and nice release of complex carbohydrates without that sugar buzz.

Thick flavorful buckwheat honey
This was the first time that I ordered buckwheat honey, and at first, I was very surprised by the odor. I did some research, then realized that it is normal for it to have a stronger scent and also that it is ideal for baking. I have enjoyed this honey; sometimes I just crave a spoonful, and other times I put it in my food as a sugar substitute. After looking into it more, this kind of dark, dense buckwheat honey, umm, has a lot of antioxidants and health benefits, and I'm really happy I tried it. It is surprising to receive honey this dense. It has almost a peanut butter texture, and it's so dark you cannot see through the jar. If you are sensitive to odors, I don't recommend this honey. When I shared with my friends, I warned them ahead of time because it has a bit of a sense of "bran" or "farm."

An OK honey, but not the best
I've bought this honey a few times. It is not bad: pleasant flavor, crystallizes well and feels mostly natural. Glass jar is a plus. And the cost is reasonable compared to "premium" honeys. I guess "premium" means not feeding sugar to the bees and not processing / cooking the honey, although the word feels a little silly IMO. That said, there are better choices, both domestic and European. The linden flavor was not pronounced, and the taste was a bit too sweet to my liking.

Natural!
You’re buying only pollen honey from high-altitude honeybees. It is solid at room temperature, and I advise not to melt it—consume it like ice cream! I loved them. I bought all the available options: buckwheat, meadow, mountain, acacia, and linden. Each of them has a unique aroma. I opened all of them at the beginning and tasted each one. Buckwheat honey tastes like raw buckwheat; some may not like the flavor, but after tasting them all, I decided to consume the buckwheat honey first. When I reached the lower layer in the bottle, I saved the remaining honey for skin care, as well as for cough and sleep aid remedies, because of its authenticity. Then, I started on the linden. I couldn't keep myself from using some for medicinal purposes. They are completely genuine! Highly recommended. Unfortunately The seller did not cleared those krill script/russian description. I don't know why. There are lots of people there they sells their product without clear desciption. That's weird! Here is the translation from Ai, line by line. Does not meet any safety regulations
Jar arrived with a 0.5 cm paper band as the only seal not a tamper-evident closure for a raw food product. Jar carries no country-of-origin regulatory markings: no EAC mark or GOST reference (required for any honey produced in Russia or the EAEU), no producer address, no FDA-compliant English-language importer information, no nutrition panel. The product cannot be verified as having been produced under any food safety regulator's oversight. For an unpasteurized raw honey, this is a food safety issue, not a preference issue.
