The packaging is the the first thing I noticed. It's set up to be a wonderful gift in its old school box and included history and explanation. The glasses feel so good in my hand. They are great for many uses. It's a perfect glass to sip wine from. It's the right size for juice and is sturdy enough for hot tea. They feel light but substantial at the same time. I love the way they look. You can feel the quality and craftsmanship.

Well made, right sized, hard to break and not for snobs. In Italian it is "Sprezzatura." Translates as low-key, nonchalant, easy-going or effortless.

Yes I get made fun of for drinking wine out of these glasses but I like them for many reasons. First saw these in The God Father and thought they were interesting. Like I said I get a lot of flack drinking wine “out of a juice glass”. These are very durable and do not break on a whim like long stem wine glasses. They are really comfortable in the hand. And after a night of drinking wine I can put these right in the dishwasher with no worries. These are the perfect Irish mans wine glasses. Cheers!!

First off, I love these little wine glasses and I will use them for years. This is the way I prefer to drink wine. I love the way the History Company packaged the glasses, super protected with Styrofoam bubbles, and added cards on Italian wine history. Honestly, this was sweet and the presentation was lovingly created. For that reason, I really don't care that these are actually Libbey Heavy Base Juice Glasses you can buy elsewhere for about half the price. Those are juice glasses. Boring. These are Italian Bàcaro wine glasses! Romantic and nostalgic. Worth the price for the packaging and the experience.

I was looking for wine glasses that were less formal. These 6.5 oz. Glasses are perfect and you don’t go knocking them over like long stem glasses. Great for both wine & beer.
