This is a bargain, and was way, way, way better than what I was expecting
I was fully expecting this thing to be rubbish. But, it's actually pretty good! I installed it pretty easily in an 80's sports car (a Pontiac Fiero). If you can snip and crimp wires, then just get the live and earth wires correct and the speakers are easy to match up when you're in the car. (I think the manual may have said the wires are different to what it said on the stereo itself so just double check those before you plug it in).Once installed, it paired to my phone over Bluetooth without any hassle, and the sound quality was better than I expected (once you play with the EQ and faders a bit). You won't be having any raves at the volume it goes up to, but it's more than good enough to hear at a decent volume whilst going down the motorway. It's not crackly or tinny. It just sounds like a normal car stereo to me. If you're used to Bose you could probably tell the difference - but you won't get Bose at this price!Once paired, the controls on the unit can skip/pause tracks on your phone as normal. I did a test call (whilst stationary) and that also seemed fine. I don't use the radio so I haven't tried that.As for looks, it looks cool when you're sitting in the car, but if you get up really close then the chrome looks a little bit naff (not a lot, just a bit) - but most things in an 80's car do so it fits in well! But for 20 quid, you can not complain. This is a bargain, and was way, way, way better than what I was expecting for the price. I was expecting for it to be crap, not work and to throw it straight in the bin. I'm happy to be wrong.

Sounds OK for the price point
The media could not be loaded. Was easy to install as I'd installed car stereos before. Instructions were a little lacking and no real help with the functionality. Another thing that I don't like is the over the top display. Lights constantly flashing while playing is annoying. Needs something a lot more classy. Just basic info

cheap, but does exactly what you want.
Stopped working after a week. Can't return it as the evri return process won't scan in because of lithium alert, so it can't be processed to turn off. Can't tell Amazon or seller this as they're is no process to do this only a circular return process. Therefore, I'm stuck with it on limbo, only method i have is to write a review and hope seller contacts me.

Surprisingly good. Good for a classic car
The media could not be loaded. Easy to install, had the same connections as my previous generic Chinese stereo. Looks good in my Classic Mini - though it's chrome is obviously not metal. It's a good little stereo. Connected up the Bluetooth with no issues and the controls, whilst not feeling luxurious, do feel robust enough to last.Sound wise, very acceptable for my use, classic cars aren't quiet places to enjoy "perfect sound". Volume is good and the equaliser is very noticeable. Taking the sound all the way up to top (with some decent quality speakers) I didn't get much distortion - tested on a variety of songtypes, D&B, rock and pop and was satisfied with all outcomes. It's not "car park" competition worthy - but perfectly adequate for the job.Remote control is naff but you do need it to set the clock!

Tacky and cheap
You get what you pay for. Very cheap and nasty finish, chrome plastic looks really bad in person. The display is awful, can not read it at all if the sun's out.

Cheap, poor build quality, works ok
Screen cover fell off in box, glued back on, seems ok. Sound quality is alright, connects to phone with bluetooth, needs remote to set most functions (I think, instructions are almost non-existent), display almost unreadable on mine (I think this is a fault), most of the lights / symbols appear to be on simultaneously. But it was £20 and plays music so pretty much what you would expect. 3 star review is taking the price into account, if this was £100 it would be one star.

Very surprised with how good this is!
I bought this as my previous radio stopped working a few days before a long road trip. I didn’t have much expectations but I was pleasantly surprised by the sound from the radio. It fit perfectly in the dash of my VW T25, which are known for having shallow radio slots. My only complaint is that the screen is unreadable from the drivers position, but it didn’t bother me too much as it was paired with my phone and I used that to control my music. Paired with iPhone easily
