Is there really a logo printed n the blanket

Yes, there is a printed logo on the corner of the blanket, it is faint buy visible. It is only displayed on one side of the blanket.

Is the grey a true grey. Or does it reflect green tones? I ordered the black and it casts a purple tone.

I don't know about the Grey.. But I don't think they are authentic Solaron Blankets. There is NO logo's on the blankets !!

Is this blanket single ply or two ply?

It's single ply but very thick.
