Will the 4.77 pilot hole it has work on a 4.75 pilet hole

Technically a 4.77" is a Dodge pilot hole and the 4.75" is a Dexter pilot hole, it is best to find a wheel with the matching center bore. These are hub pilot wheels and air is air, it does not matter if it is .02" or 2". The weight of the truck/trailer will press down towards the center bore and chip away at your studs. The result can be stud or wheel failure.

What is the offset and the bolt hole diameter for this wheel?

They are a 5.35" offset and are built to hold up to a 5/8" stud.

Will this fit a 89 Chevy p30 chassis?

It has the same bolt pattern however it is NOT DOT compliant for a truck, pretty much it will bolt on but is not certified to be capable of safe load carrying for anything other than a trailer. I personally would not use it on a motor vehicle application.

Will this wheel fit a 12k dexter axle??

More then likely yes, but you still need to measure to be certain. There are two different style wheels they used.
