Lovely picture but possibly the hardest puzzle we’ve tried. It’s very hard to predict where the colours in the sky go and all the pieces are the same two and two opposing so no help with being able to disregard some due to shape. Having said that we’re persevering and determined to finish it but sometimes only fit a few pieces at a sitting

Ours came today, it's so beautiful we've ordered a frame for it after it's finished. Totally understand the delay in delivery seeing as this product was a pre order released just a few days ago and given the coronavirus lockdown and delay in non essential items being delivered all around the country. You'd think people would have a little more patience ordering a 1000 piece puzzle!

Challenging puzzle, which is good, but the quality was disappointing. Too many pieces had been damaged when the puzzle was broken up before packaging. The had distorted quite a few of the sticking out bits so they were twisted and out of line with the holes. It will go to the charity shop, but I wouldn’t pass it on to a friend.

In Lockdown we've done a few 1000 piece jigsaws. We aren't brilliant or speedy at completing them, but it's nice to have a puzzle to visit and work on intermittently. We can do difficult puzzles - both ColdWarSteve puzzles were a challenge. But this is the only one I've hated and it's down to one thing. The box pictures are utterly poor. This isn't a challenge: it's a bad product. The picture on the front is closer to the tones of the pieces, and is moderately better at showing the detail. However it is truncated, the detail is still quite light and the tones are still quite far off. The picture on the reverse shows the full jigsaw, but the tones are even worse and the detail vaguer still. As it's one of the most wonderful impressionist pictures, full of joy and energy, it's really important to have a decent image to reference. We are determined to finish it but it isn't an exaggeration to say it's getting to be quite a horrible experience.

The finished puzzle is beautiful! I am looking at it right now. Getting to this point has been ridiculously painful and little fun though. The picture on the box was next to no help (cropping and little definition) and the pieces were often too similar.

Impossible to give a good score to something that was advertised as a aila le from April 5th, which changed to April 15th after I'd ordered, it's now the 22nd and I haven't even got a delivery date yet!

Puzzle che si presenta molto bene, la scatola da una sensazione di oggetto un attimo più presentabile rispetto alle classiche a cui siamo tutti abituati, senza nulla togliere alla semplicità di quest'ultime ma vorrei sottolineare e premiare il packaging qui, più curato nel limite del possibile per un puzzle. L'immagine la conosciamo nulla da dire, i pezzi sono come i classici a cui siamo abituati da sempre, ho letto persone che hanno riscontrato problemi con alcuni frammenti, io non ho trovato nulla di tutto ciò. Consigliato.

Très difficile car toutes les pièces du casse-tête ont la même forme…ce n’était pas indiqué sur la boîte. De plus, la qualité de l’image de référence n’est pas très bonne. Je vais le terminer mais c’est un défi !

Very disappointing quality with so many bent and damaged pieces. Put me off even doing the jigsaw! Won't be buying Flame Tree puzzles again sorry :(
