I've been taking this for nearly two years. I started taking it for the irregular heart beats (AFib) I would get on and off. I had read multiple reviews about Hawthorne berry helping this so thought I'd give it a try - it helps me and as long as I'm taking it, I don't have that problem. If I miss a few days or longer sometimes I'll feel my heart skip a beat, and that'll send me right over to grab the bottle and take it. I've paired it with beet root. I really love this stuff, it's a great value with a fantastic health benefit. If you've thought about trying it, give it a shot. I'm in my 60s and I don't take any prescription medications.

So far so good. I have been taking this supplement for two weeks as of 12/14. To back track; I have noticed over the last couple of years how my blood pressure has crept up and the last few times I've been to the doc it was always around 180-190s over high 90-100. For what ever reason, my Doc has not suggested putting me on any medication. I am a nurse and cardiac issues run in my family, so I knew I needed to fix the problem and quickly. My father had a widow maker heart attack, but survived. Both of my grandmother's had cardiac issues. I read up on natural herbal remedies and decided to try Hawthorne. When I saw the reviews on this and after researching dosing, side effects and uses through medical publications; I decided to give it a try. At first I didn't notice anything and my husband started to become more alarmed when he realized my BP was staying high instead of dropping before I started these supplements. He wanted me to take one of his BP meds. I refused. Instead I decided to open the capsule up and put the med on my tongue. Two capsules. Well... within 20minutes, I could feel my BP dropping. The pressure in my head dropped and I had my husband retake my bp. Needless to say it dropped down to 90/60. I'm not a MD, just a nurse, but I know what works for me! I checked my bp later that day because I took it fairly early around 7am and my bp was still low and I had no ill side effects at all. If anything it's helped with what was becoming constant constipation. Blood flow is definitely better. Heart rate Is Good And BP Is OUTSTANDING! I will continue to take this and I'm sure my bp will level off to something a little bit higher but still in the normal range. Good luck, hope this review helps. Btw. It could be just me, but maybe the capsules themselves was hindering the absorption process in the beginning. Not sure, but I will continue to take it out of the capsule and drink with a glass of water. The taste is not bad at all.

my father said it helped relief his chest pressure. although he is using other products too for same issue like niacin. so I don't know if this alone will be helpful by itself.
