Winter Holidays Around the World

As a homeschool mom, I’m so excited to use this book as a foundation for Christmas around the world! Filled with fact, sheets about other countries, crossword puzzles, games, coloring sheets, recipes, crafts! Very fun resource

I work part time in a before and after care program, with kids from difficult races, it provides information and resources to show we different yet the same. It help to start new traditions for done families,

We are a homeschool family and we really enjoyed adding this to our curriculum this year. We only did 1-2 lessons a week so the book will last for next year too. The only thing I didn’t like is that some lessons lack information needed to do the worksheets. I did need to use google to supplement. We expanded on each county with videos and library books.

I am a first grade teacher and ordered this for our winter holiday unit. The pictures are in black and white and there is a small amount of information on each page or an activity to do. The holidays in this book are from around the world and it is perfect for photocopying. I am so please at the quality, I hope to use this book for years to come. I highly recommend this book for parents or teachers of young children.

Good activities …. Lots is them …. Part about UK needs updating ( talks about Queen’s Christmas Day address, now the kings) could also use a list of web addresses for finding information.

This was a perfect gift to educate my kiddo with the traditions from other countries. It is wonderful.
