Will this work on a 2005 Mazda 3 and do the colors of the wire match with the factory wire colors in order?

The wire colors corresponded pretty closely as far as arrangement order in the harness itself. I cannot say if it will work in the Mazda 3 because I installed in a Mazda 5.

Do these colors really match, the power wire on my master plug is red but on the harness it’s yellow, does that mean the yellow is my power wire?

No yellow is so the radio will hold its memory. Look it up on YouTube to find the correct wire positions.

Does this include 1p and 1n wires for the swc to work?

When connecting steering controls you will need to connect to the factory side of the wiring harness. These pins are not on the 70-7903 harness.

Does this fit a 2003 Mazda 6?

The correct kit to install an aftermarket radio in this vehicle is the 99-7523S. Which contains the harnesses and dash plastics.
