Got the antiseptic kind to naturally remove thrush/white bacteria buildup on my tongue that wouldn’t go away no matter how much I brushed my tongue with regular toothpaste. Using a tongue scraper helped remove the top layer but still I had the white film sticking to my tongue. So I got this and use it like usual but I also scrub my tongue with the liquid using a toothbrush and then let it sit for a few minutes before scraping it off with a tongue scraper. After only two nights in a row of doing this my tongue is already clearing up and is pinker than it has been in years! So it is effectively killing the bacteria.
