LOVE this product. Only thing I wish was different was I wish it came in a bigger size instead of just the 3oz tubes. SO worth the money tho!! I used to use desitin max strength daily since i only had one tube of this and i ran out. The desitin seemed to help but it took so long!! It also gave baby dry skin in his thigh crease so I used A+D prevent diaper ointment to heal the dry skin while i waited for my new tube of berts bees to come in and by that point he had a little rash which cleared up in one day!! Im definitely using the A+D while he has no rash symptoms and use this when he starts to get a rash or redness so J dont have to go through the berts bees so quick. Which doesnt worry me at all because it literally only takes 1 day to heal the rash with this. Usually zinc oxide, especially 40%, is a lot and dries out his skin (desitin max strength does this) but the berts bees doesnt at all! Super creamy, thick, moisturizing, smells super good, and works wonders!! Definitely recommend this product!!

My husband and I love Burt’s Bees Baby products! Especially this diaper rash ointment! My 17 month old is battling the stomach bug if you know what I mean and because of constant wet diapers he has a bad diaper rash even though I’m on it! I called his pediatrician and they asked me which diaper rash cream we use. When I mentioned Burt’s Bees, they told me to use triple paste even though the rash wasn’t much of my concern because Burt’s bees takes care of it and with this ointment we had it under control. After using triple paste, I didn’t see the fast results I was getting from my Burt’s bees ointment so I went back to my Burt’s bees! This ointment is FAST ACTING! I mean it brings down the redness tremendously after only 1 application whereas other brands, it does not!We have used this ointment since my little guy was only a few months old and this NEVER EVER let us down both to treat diaper rash and to prevent!!If you’re looking for the best diaper rash ointment, look no further!

It may not smell great like before but it works incredibly well and that's what really matters. (And it still smells better than desitin). Due to a medicine my baby had a constant diaper rash for weeks and we used the creams the hospital gave us and even had to do wound care, that is until we got home and finally tried this stuff (after we ran out of the stuff from the hospital). WOW!!! What a difference in just 24 hours and within 2 days the skin no longer had open wounds either. Baby still was on the medication causing the rash but it was nearly gone and using this stuff at every change baby never had open blisters again. And the barrier against wetness is noticeable. Once off the medicine we thought we should try something cheaper like desitin, used that at every change and still got a rash. (And yes we change them fast) Started using this again and in less than 24 hours it's gone again. I guess you get what you pay for and this is worth it!

Update: have used with all 3 of my kids! Still LOVE this stuff.My daughter had a horrible diaper rash; she had got sick and for over a week after that had diarrhea. I was using Desitin from the beginning and kept using it but the rash just got worse and worse. I started using Burt's Bees Baby Bee and it cleared the rash up in a couple days. Well I went back to the Desitin because I like the smell of the Desitin a little better and her rash came back! I had thought the first time the rash cleared up because of using ointment medicine in general, I hadn't realized it cleared up because of the Burt's Bees alone. So I switched back to the Burt's Bees the second time and it cleared it up again! I love this stuff and always give it out as a gift now and keep some on hand. It can be a little difficult to squeeze out of the bottle once you use most of it because it's so thick so I just cut the top off and used my finger to get the rest out and literally had almost a weeks worth still in the tube that I would have thrown away had I not done that.

2019- THE ABSOLUTE BEST DIAPER RASH CREAM ON THE MARKET. I don’t understand why this isn’t in my stores but it should be, I was lucky enough to find it here on Amazon. It has been a life changing God send. Not only for my son but for myself. Perfect for sensitive skin and for little ones, I put it on at the hint of redness and it clears up immediately. To think that other creams can’t compare and this is natural is mind blowing. 10/10 recommend.2023- EDITED TO 4 STARS because since they’ve changed the formula, I have not loved it quite as much, it’s so much thinner and I feel it takes multiple applications to do what it used to be able to do in just one.

My babies usually have adverse reactions to natural skincare products but this diaper cream works so quickly and didn't cause any skin issues!

This thing does wonders , its crazy how good it is , I bought because my baby was having some heat rash on her neck it was gone after one use , also use it on her private area and the redness was gone overnight, this is amazing !!
