I experimented with a lot of different supplements and combinations, but nothing was working! I take these at night and I take another supplement in the morning. The combination of the two work! I went from 20-30 a day to zero. It took 3-4 days for them to stop totally after I started taking them. This may work by itself - but I don't want to stop what I'm doing because my hot flashes were horrible! Great product, thank you for the relief!

I bought this product as a cheaper alternative to one I had used previously with great results. This wasn't nearly as effective as the other, and I'm not sure why since their supplement-facts per serving were the same. I still had some discomfort with night sweats while using this

Within only a few days of taking this my hot flashes went away. I take it everyday now. Its easy to swallow and doesn't have a vitamin aftertaste.

I am pleasantly surprised at how quickly and effectively this product worked. I take one in the morning and one at night, and have gone from 1-2 hot flashes every hour to ZERO. My sleep is back on track and daily life is good! Awesome, awesome product!!
