Great repair kit and a lot of repair product in there for several repairs. Stowsen were really helpful to me too and sorted out an issue I had immediately with no fuss, so you get really good back up with this product too, unlike some who would just say send it all back. Proper 5 star service and would 100% recommend them and the repair kit too.

Fantastic product. Client had damaged a compact laminate worktop prior to completion. As these type of worktops are expensive and have to be glued in place it would have been a major pain to replace. Thought I'd give this a go. Worked a treat. Worktop was a marble synthetic so I used this particular kit to match. First attempt didn't adhere fully which perhaps was down to user error. However 5 minutes later and I was standing away down to match. The colour match isint perfect (but very good) and it could do with having a matt agent in the kit as the white filler on its own is a bit too glossy with no means to mattify. This is my only reason for giving 4 stars as I feel in a kit having 5 syringes available there should be a matt and gloss agent to change the tone not just the colour. In addition the drying times are severely over estimated. While it IS very quick using the blue light to say it's only 30 seconds is an exaggeration. This particular patch was very shallow, barely more than a scratch and it took 6 passes of the light (6 x 30 seconds) to solidify. While this is down to experience, new users, of which I was, could be put off by this as they might not perform several passes and put it down to a bad product which this is certainly not. These two issues aside this is a fantastic product and I do highly recommend to trades and DIYers.

Works really well almost completely invisible and if you didn’t know exactly where the repair was you wouldn’t be able to find it. Goes really hard as well so can be sanded. I recommend using the UV light for 40 seconds x3 not 20 as recommended. Then leave over night before sanding. Bit more expensive but works. Don’t bother with cheaper mastics the don’t work and look rubbish and remain soft. Works really well, easy to use and is considerably cheaper than a professional.

I used this to repair a couple of small chips in a Silestone worktop and it works really well. I can't even find the chips anymore. I also used it to fill a deep chip on a white ceramic tile and it is almost invisible but not quite. Certainly better than before I used it.

This product was fantastic, the instructions were simple to follow and the syringes and advice on how to layer and set it with the infrared light were spot on, take your time less is more, mixing the clear and the white gave me a good match and the levelling strips were so easy to use. The sanding took the most time as didn’t want to scratch the surrounding area I wrapped the sandpaper around the small levelling stock and that worked well. My worktop was silestone and chipped it with a bottle of gin slipping through my hands, saved me a fortune and I am probably the only person who will ever know it’s there. Plus you get so much filler I can use it for more fixes if needed. If you are a UK buyer you will need a USA to UK adapter this was the only downside but I picked one up in Argos

It has no UK plug so useless. Not even a European plug that you might have an adapter for. Sadly having to return. Hassle for nothing.

Had a chip at the corner of my quartz countertop about 5mm wide x 3mm depth near the sink area. Dropped a heavy glass jar while washing which caused it and I was so disappointed. Searched online and came across so many different types but decided to go with this since it’s says dries in 20 seconds. Not the cheapest compared to other ones but in my mind you get what you pay for. This product worked perfectly at filling the chip! And it does dry very quickly when the UV light is applied. Maybe not 20 seconds but about 30. Just follow the instructions. Sorry didn’t take any before pics as I was too eager to fix the chip. The after pics can speak for themselves as you can barely tell except by the reflection of the lighting.

It is fine and easy to use. A bit expensive however but we get a lot of material to work with.
