I bought this drive to archive photos using a Win 11 PC. The drive worked straight out of the box and had a sustained 110mb/s write speed. I had no problems with it and would recommend it.

Needed an external hardrive and this fits the bill. Beware... when setting this up, select to share the product otherwise it will only load to 18%. Once installed (about 5 mins), easy to use and works great.

This is about my fifth WD external drive, of various capacities, that I have used for both home and work. They are easy to set up (plug and play) and come with the software available (both Mac and PC) on the drive instead of having to download anything. The software is useful for encrypting the drive and then unlocking it on your device. They last a long time and I've never suffered any data loss. Just the job!

I got this to extend my xbox series x storage, for the short time I had it. It was fast, portable and a high capacity. The reason why I did not work for what I needed it for, I mostly needed it for but was still able to hold games, just not play them... If you are looking to store and play your games on an XBOX series console just get the segate storage expansion

I have bought several WD portable external drives over the years, and found them to be totally reliable. Once set up, my experience is that they just work. If you are a Mac user like me, you will need to run Disk Utility to format the disk, for example as "Mac OS Extended - Journaled". This is very quick and easy, and only needs doing once. Although neither as fast (nor expensive) as an SSD, this traditional kind of disk is ideal both for routine backups and transferring large amounts of data between machines. Just be sure to check current prices and any special offers, as you can quite often get a larger capacity disk for similar price to a lower capacity one.

Owned this for 8-ish months now. Very good Quality compact HD with password protect. Easy to use and quick file transfers. I needed a better (quality) 1-stop storage solution, as opposed to keeping various files and photos on numerous/slow SD cards. Saves clogging up the HD on the laptop, making that faster too!! Keeps files safer (offline) from any potential malware attacks or any computer crashes etc. It works every time, little bit of software that comes with it is good, and it can be password protected for extra security.

Disque dur externe correct, pas de soucis à signaler pour l'instant, mais dommage qu'il n'utilise pas plutôt un port USB-C.

Génial ça fait le taf et les vitesses de transferts sont bonnes.
