What is the maximum temperature the water can be without destroying the enzymes in the soup?

NEVER boil the water or add Miso to boiling water. Hot water with a drinkable temperature will suffice (115-120 o) Ideally you want to add the miso to the water few (3-4 min) before eating the soup for maximum health benefits preservation.

What are the ingredients?

As read on the packaging: Ingredients: Freeze Dried Miso* (Water, Soybeans*, Rice*, Salt, Koji Culture [Aspergillus Oryzae]), Freeze Dried Tofu* (Soybeans*, Water, Nigari [Magnesium Chloride]), Onion Powder*, Onions*, Wakame Seaweed, Parsley*. *Organic Ingredients.

How many boxes of miso soup do I get( with 4 envelopes each)?

12 boxes with 4 packets in each box.

Is this truly msg free? i don't see that on the box. thanks

Yes, all our Miso-Cup® instant soups, such as Reduced Sodium, are truly free of MSG. However, what is present is naturally occurring glutamic acid which is believed to trigger in MSG sensitive people. Thanks! - E&S
