Incredible. Been searching for this since we left Japan. The hotels had this white tea shampoo and it smells like a spa. Like you’re in a spa at the Westin Kaanapali. You’ll love it if you like that rejuvenating, spa scent. So relaxing

I originally bought this shampoo at TJ Maxx and absolutely loved it so I was happy to find it available on Amazon. I’m older with foiled hair and I really like how my hair responds to this product—not too dried out or too oily. It also smells really good!

Product smells good, it washes my hair thoroughly. The packaging came in good, it wasn’t spilled or broken. The only thing is that I would like the fragrance of the shampoo to last a little longer throughout the day

Great shampoo. You only need a small amount to wash your hair

I have medium thickness, straight silky black hair. And this shampoo really helped my itchy and flaky scalp. I used detox shampoo and apple cider vinegar to help clear my scalp. And then used this shampoo on wash days afterwards and it kept oils out and allowed moisture to still be kept while also smelling light and clean. I wouldn’t say it healed my scalp completely on its own but it helped maintain my oils while also not causing flakes and getting itchy, the other products together helped with the overall betterment of my scalp, but this shampoo is gentle and strong enough for frequent use.

Product is fabulous, packaging poor. Love the shampoo and conditioner however nearly ever time I order the packaging bag it comes in is covered with spilled product . It has either broken cap/pump or too loose of cap and has leaked everywhere.

Love this shampoo, my hair is pretty fair and wavy so I don't use it anymore but I recommend it nonetheless.
