Far exceeded my expectations. This was purchased to replace a similar but much larger PA Speaker that I had purchased years ago at one of those warehouse stores. Used for a retreat and it worked perfectly. Great sound, lighter than my previous unit and the reason I purchased was having a battery. Microphone worked great without an issue. My only small compliant was the constant notifications when you connected the unit to Bluetooth that it had to answer that in a woman's voice each and every time. Wish it had the option to change to a simple tone or completely remove the alert all together. Speaker has great volume, used in an outdoor setting a few times. Happy with purchase.

I am going to talk +pros vs. -cons here and I have not used this much yet but out of box here are some notes. I bought the 12" and it is a big unit and comes in a well package LARGER box! +Pros= Quality made, overall light weigth, nice audio, good deal for $110. -Cons= Unit not designed to carry the mic, charging unit, or remote internally (poor design). Does not have a standard mic plug. The echo function is a waste, why would you want to listen to echo/reverberation?, Wireless mic is "ok" but uses AA batteries. Mic does not recharge in the unit.

This speaker is should not be a amazon choice. Definitely not 1200 watts of power, when raided at highest volume, audio quality is not good. The speaker is about 5 pounds heavy, doesn't feel like quality at all. Very plastic and feels very cheap. Speaker blown out after 1 year, right after my 1 year warranty. Wish I didn't buy this thing smh....

I bought this as the THIRD replacement portable PA for a client who lives to destroy portable PAs. The mic is made of thin plastic and the speaker is meh BUT, when he destroys this unit, he wont be paying $400+ to replace it. It gets his voice louder, he can throw it around like a sack of potatoes and he will only be out $150 when he breaks it. Its the price point.

great sound easy set up if you have trouble getting the microphone to work. make sure you turn the mic volume up. there's separate volumes on the back of the speaker bass treble microphone for me. I didn't have the microphone volume up but I thought it was broke but I finally figured it out and turned it up so it's very easy setup works like a dream. I would definitely buy again

I bought this unit b/c Pyle had a good rep back in the day. I also chose this model b/c it was a decent price, had a built-in battery, bluetooth, and what I thought was decent wattage (1200w). The remote either doesn’t work or the battery is dead. I just got new batteries and haven’t tried them in the remote yet. I also haven’t used the mic, yet. So, no comments there. The good: it’s very light; but almost too light in that it kind of feels cheap. Easy controls. Very portable. Sound quality is decent/good (but see “The bad” below for volume). Push one button on the unit to pair with Bluetooth. Built-in battery is super helpful. The bad: not very loud. We had this in the back of our truck for our cheer team to dance to songs during stops during a parade, but they could hardly hear it. I cranked it up in my living when I unpacked it and it’s sounded great, but using when using it outside the sound diminished significantly. I got the 1200w (instead of those that are in the 600-800w range) thinking it’d be pretty loud, but that’s just not the case. Not heavy duty at all. In my youth, I remember a 10” or 12” sub, box, and amp weighing substantially more than this unit. Literally, my 7 yo kid can pick this up. -I read a review that said to press/hold the first button while powering down to turn off the loud “power up” voice you’d hear when turning it on. TRUE! That works perfectly. -Affordable, easy to use, easy to transport. -Not great volume outdoors. Good enough that we’re keeping it, but would probably buy something different if I need another one.

I bought this speaker system for a non-profit organization where I am a Board member. We do frequent lecture presentations at library meeting rooms, apartment clubhouses and other community rooms, usually with 50-100 participants. Very often, they do not have an adequate in-house microphone and speaker system. This one was one of the most powerful we were able to find and it includes two wireless microphones. It is rechargeable, so we can put it anywhere (even outside) without worrying about plugging it in. It is on wheels and has an extendable handle, so it is very much like a piece of luggage and is very easy to move. Our Board has been thrilled with the purchase, and it works great, surpassing our expectations. We use one mic for the speaker, and the other to walk around for questions. We usually televise our programs on Zoom, and everyone is now able to hear both the presenter and the questions. We highly recommend this speaker.

This is an amazing piece of kit for the money. Great sound, easy Bluetooth connection with microphone and iPad. Definitely recommend. Holds charge well and light weight. Versatile for all occasions. When the professional’s speakers stopped working at a wedding this saved the day - everyone was impressed by it.

Buon sistema per chi vuole un compromesso tra qualità/costo prodotto. Comunque adoperando fonti qualitativamente migliori (Microfono diretto di qualita' o altro) , il risultato migliora sensibilmente. Per la potenza (Io ho il sistema con woofer da 30 cm) staremo attorno ai 40/50 watt RMS. Leggero da trasportare , puo' essere anche un valido ausilio (magari come unita' satellite/monitor) ad un sistema piu' potente da utilizzarsi all'aperto.

Me ha resultado bastante útil pues lo utilizo en exteriores para impartir clases a grupos pequeños de 10 a 15 personas y el audio llega bien a todos. También lo he probado con grupos de hasta 40 personas y no ha defraudado. Lo único que hay que tener en cuenta es que si lo conectamos al ordenador y subimos el volumen al máximo no debemos tener al máximo el volumen del altavoz porque se genera cierta distorsión. El micrófono inalámbrico se conecta perfectamente pero no lo utilizo y el mando a distancia no he sabido encontrarle uso. No sé si ha venido defectuoso pero, la verdad, no me hace falta porque controlo la música directamente desde el ordenador o el móvil. La conexión bluetooth va bien pero no se debe alejar demasiado el equipo porque la señal se pierde. Para el precio que tiene lo recomiendo a ojos cerrados.

Used once in an outdoor event of 75 people. Excellent performan, and sound clarity. Not fancy, looks rough but does its job.
