The media could not be loaded. Got this for my daughter (nearing 4 yrs old) but I really wanted to try it myself as well from seeing it in videos lol. I know how to braid already so I don't know why I was so fascinated by this and wanting it lol. I dont know what other people are talking about. If you set it up just right, it really does work! Makes a pretty near perfect braid that I can do with my hands. Its easier to not use the holder and just hold the doll. And make sure each strand is pulled through as close to the head as possible, no stragglers, for a tight clean braid. Even without that feature, the doll is super gorgeous and the hair is so fun being so long.

Great toy, not sure why so many bad reviews.
My daughter loves this doll. It is a beautiful doll with long hair for her to play with. She figured out the style tool quickly. A small amount of hair at a time and it is perfect! Not sure why all the bad reviews.

Purchased fir my 2 year old body granddaughter she loves it. It’s one of her favorite toys and she has quite a few

Cute dolls
I bought 3 dolls Anna & Elsa both.My granddaughters 4-6 liked them and were able to work with the braiding tools fairly well after a little practice.

Hair Braider difficult to use
Doll was fine but the braider didn’t work well unless you put the smallest strand of hair in it. It stopped working the first day of use. Taught my granddaughter how to braid hair so we kept item because she loves the doll

Manual braiding is less work.
Bought this for a Christmas present. So be careful of the 1 month return window. The hair braided worked 3 times, then the gears in it broke. She loves the doll, but no hair braiding. Pulling the hair thru the braiding tool was harder than actual braiding by hand. This thing is terrible. Only pro is the doll itself so far. I think the worst part is, that we got the Anna one too. And it’s gonna suck.
