Really Distinct Scents, Well Crafted but Palo Santo was my favorite.
I tried all three scents and I thought two of them were really nicely done. I have a shorter beard and my skin doesn't tend to get too dry so I'm not judging based on the hydrating properties, really just the scents. Distiller's Blend โ The bourbon scent on this really cuts through and to me seemed pretty boozy. There's also another strong scent that reminds me of apples / apple pie. Perfect fit for the "distiller" descriptor, just not my style. Vintage Suede โ Didn't really understand this one, not sure what they were going for with white moss / amber / suede as the descriptors. It smelled really sweet which isn't really a scent I go for. Palo Alto - Absolutely perfect for me. When I first sniffed the bottle, I thought it was a little too traditional men's cologne (bergamot, cedarwood) but once I applied it to my arm and let it sit for a second, it became much more complex and the cardamom really shone. I use a body butter that has nag champa and they compliment each other so perfectly.

Smells Great
this is by far the best smelling of their oils, but twice as much and very hard to find. works great, smells great just cost too much.

Light sweet scent that is very subtle and not overpowering
I like the fact that for the same quality and basic ingredients, this beard oil is half the price of the ones created on mount Olympus by the Greek gods. I use this oil on a damp beard and then really activate it with the blow dryer so it soaks in and leaves my beard super soft and smelling great with no oily residue.

Great Brand!
The smell is not overpowering but is smooth. It provides excellent moisture and tames the beard great. I strongly recommend the beard control cream as well they are a perfect combo.

Smells similar to the balm but not quite
I bought this because I fell in love with the balm, the smell is genuinely one of my favorite smells of all time. I bought this to compliment it but there is a bit of a difference, it's smells perfumey, lighter tones compared to the balm. My girlfriend says it's because one is made with coconut oil and the other is made with Shae butter?

Great scent; gentle on skin
The good: This Cremo beard oil has a pleasant leathery bourbon scent that isn't overpowering. It's gentle on sensitive facial skin and doesn't leave an oily residue on your face or hands. The bad: Arrived in a mailer envelop that crushed the manufacturer box packaging. In comparison to similar products it's a bit on the pricey side - but you should expect to pay a premium for a superior product. The ugly: N/A Overall: Excellent premium beard oil that I highly recommend, especially for those like me who have sensitive skin.

Smells like maple syrup
Bourbon, smoked vetiver, and oak? No. Maple syrup, breakfast sausage, and apple slices? yes. It doesn't smell bad, but "part of a balanced breakfast" isn't what I was going for.
