I bought the silver gooseneck - and it worked like a dream for 2.5 years, if you care about longevity. It was used 2-3 times a day. I’m back to buy my second because I enjoy its look and function. The bottom began to leak where the plastic base meets the steel, FYI.

This pot is a perfect size for my coffee/tea bar!!It heats quickly and I love having it for a quick cup of tea. Definitely worth the purchase and would make a great gift!!

The media could not be loaded. The product I received is defectiveWhen I used it the first time there is a smell of burnt /toasted rubber and there is smoke not from the kettle spout but instead the smoke is coming from beside the plastic switch. (Switch for on / off).I immediately turned it off for fear that it might catch fire.Since I’m not too sure if I’m correct I tried using it again today this time the switch light still lit up but the water is not heating up anymore. There is no sound that the machine is running the water remained cold. Attached herewith is a video where the kettle has already been turned on 5mins before I started recording and yet no sign that it’s working.I want to request for a refund as I received it after so much delay and yet the product is defective

I got this for my husband who likes to make tea and coffee. He has been using it every day for about a month, and it works great. Heats up in about 4 minutes and is quiet (not completely but it’s not loud or annoying). I’ve used it for soup too and it was great. I love the sleek design as well. I would recommend this purchase.

I purchased it because I needed a kettle to boil water for tea fast. This kettle does exactly that (well, she doesn't know that is boiling water for tea, she just boils the water and that's it) and does it with style. It is fast and when water reached the correct temperature it shuts off automatically. It is all stainless steel except the handle that is plastic, as well as a ward in front of the handle to avoid touching the hot metal with your fingers.It looks good too, that is a plus.The opening on top is a little small, so no hand inside to wash it, unless of course you are a Barbie doll, in which case there would be no problem at all. Us normal mortals would need to use one of those bottle brushes that work excellent.If you need hot water, buy it (unless you need hot water to get a shower, using this kettle would be an inconvenience for that matter), you will not regret it.
