Very thick diaper cream
The best butt cream there is. My almost three year old has never had a diaper rash because we use this as prevention.

Works well
Had to look, but this was needed for a family member and I knew from my work at a nursing home that this is what to get. Great for protection from bedsores worth the added bonus of smelling like pumpkin pie

This is an excellent cream. It's stands up to high standards and does exactly what it says it will do. With other cream, the red or sore spot will come right back not with Secure+ .A great investment. Thanks

Brand is a quality brand
I prefer the clear product but it was out so I tried the white one. It doesn't seem to work as well as clear but does do job described.

Best heavy duty baby cream out there!
This has saved my babies bottoms on more than one occasion. SO THICK! Goes on and stays on. I will give this as a gift to my new mama friends! It’s a must have!

Very effective
Love this cream because of its high % of Zink. It saves and protects skin from rashes as well as healing rashes. I mainly use it in my line of work with my patients, that are bed bound.
