While technically not traditional vehicles, Iron Works transforms into a loading bay and a wind mill. In generation one, there was a propellor for this Windmill, but due to budgetary issues, Hasbro was unable to include a propellor with this figure. However, third party offerings do give you the option to add one.

What other transformers are compatible with his armor up mode?

Any and all transformers that have 5 millimeter weapon ports care compatible with the weapons. Armor on the other hand is only compatible with figures from siege and earth rise as they are the only ones to possess foot mounted ports meant for armor. There may be others I am unaware of.

Does Ironworks include the cars as pictured?

No, he doesn't. those are sold separately.
