According to the Supplemental Facts on the bottle, the are 400mg of S.O.D. complex in each serving (1 tablet). The complex includes catalase, but does not list the percentage of that ingredient per tablet.

Q: does s.o.d. bring back your natural hair color ,and prevent sunburn?

My hair is as gray now as ever and we don't have that much sun in the NW, but for what we do have, I haven't gotten burned while playing what golf I do
