Is it really extra firm

Yes. It’s designed to feel solid and supportive, not plush. If you prefer a soft, sink-in pillow, this will feel too firm.

When can I use it after opening

Let it fully expand for 24 to 48 hours after removing it from the vacuum packaging. If needed, air it out in a ventilated room.

Which side should I sleep on

Flip the pillow to choose the higher or lower edge. Many side sleepers start with more lift, while back sleepers often prefer the lower edge.

Will it fit a standard pillowcase

It’s sized to fit most standard pillowcases for a clean, tailored look on your bed.

The cover is removable with a zipper and machine washable.
