Well worth the Upgarde
Upgraded from Sram XS system to this Shimano XT RD-M8100-SGS RD-M8120-SGS 12-Speed Rear Derailleur, Long Cage also with Shimano XT8100 shifter and just wow so much smoother this is when changing gears and it just works straight out the box when fitted a little adjustment was needed but not as much with the Sram. Well worth the upgrade

Easy shifting with two crank rings.
This item works with both single and double cranks. Even though Shimano states otherwise. It takes a little finagling but I use a 32/44 crankset and this gives me more than enough range. I do not use the last two cassette cogs (the black ones), with the 44 because the derailleur is stretched too far. That means the chain length is smaller; however, a longer chain makes the 32 get too close to the 11 cog. So the best setup is to use the 10th cog as the last cog for the 44 when deciding chain length.

確実な変速するけど 一番大事なのは調整です エンドアジャストボルトの調整もしっかりしないとちゃんと走る自転車にはならない 付け替えるのは簡単です
