I honestly don't know if my lungs are just still recovering from quitting smoking, but OH MY GOD. It took forever to blow this thing up, but it was 101% worth it to watch my 10 year-old twins delightedly beat the tar out of each other with their new inflatable summer toys. Seriously... this thing has REALLY taken a beating lmao.

This is what it is... it's a 4 foot banana. It was bought as a gag gift for a wedding and it has really held up well. In other words it is durable since it has been passed around at a wedding and a few parties since May 2013. Haven't used it in a pool, but for basic uses, it's worked just fine. Worth the purchase if this is what your looking for.

Hilarious. Purchased for my daughter's Super Secret Surprise Sweet 16 "Luau Theme" birthday party for the Photo Booth. Hysterical. Banana is GIANT and the teens fought over who would get to hold the banana. Other items purchased for the Photo Booth on Amazon were the Squid Hat, Shark Hat, 24 pack wax lips and sticky mustaches (if you need any ideas). In addition to these items, we had swim goggles, swim masks, grass skirts, leis, a beachcomber hat, fins, coconut bras, 3 pair giant sunglasses, a tropical backdrop, inflatable palm trees, inflatable flamingos, and flower hair clips. Well made and stayed inflated. Big Yellow Banana is very funny and was a GIANT YELLOW hit!

Banana deflated soon after being inflated. Poor quality and slow-leak defect made it impossible to use as decoration.

I found myself at a place in my life where I felt ready for a giant inflatable banana. I searched online for a moderately priced inflate that had quality but wouldn't break my bank. I found everything that I was looking for in this item. At first I was fine with cramming a plantain banana in my friend's faces as they slept, but soon I found myself moving onto the larger williams banana and soon onto the even larger cavendish banana. After I hit the ceiling on banana sizes I realized I had no choice but to search for banana alternatives. At an ample 48" this banana inflatable met all my needs, firstly being a banana, secondly being comically large, and thirdly being able to shove it in my friends faces while they sleep. 10/10 would attack sleeping friends again.

Had a difficult time airing this up. The opening wasn't "open" enough. Once we cleared it we were able to put air in it. My granddaughter loved it.

Surprisingly held up to a session of play in the pool with ten year olds riding etc. we weren’t expecting it to survive. It is cute and as pictured. Note that it has a surprisingly small air nozzle opening so it takes longer than you would expect to get air in and longer to deflate also.
