I have been buying these pellets for years and the only bad thing I can say is that it is a little expensive. What isn't. It's worth it. My cichlids love it, and I don't have any issues with leftover food sitting on the bottom.

Not as high quality as Northfin or NLS, but Omega One is a great value for a quality product. Your cichlids will be healthy on this pellet.

Size is amazing great food quality

I've got more than 100 African cichlids of all ages and sizes in multiple tanks and this is their favorite food by far. I've been feeding them Omega One for years and if I run out they'll literally watch any other food sink to the bottom and rot. I go through 1 of these every month and the only issue I've ever had with it is finding this size container in a store but thankfully I can always get it shipped quickly on Amazon.

My fish used to love this food. It works very well and they liked it. However, I ended up switching over to a Canadian brand. North Finn. No specific reason, just easier and more convenient to get locally at a lower price.

I have been buying this food for years because I like having floating and sinking pellets to spread out the food for my Cichlids. They seem healthy and this was cheaper on Amazon than at Petsmart.

No complaints here. It was exactly as listed and should last me a few months.
