Free the Nipple

This is a great movie on the movement for equality for women to be able to go topless, if they would like. So proud that these ladies started the movement. this has inspired us to put on a Topless day for our capital city.

Meh, moderately interesting story. Good to make people think critically about double standards and oppressive societal norms.

This movie was brilliantly done. The movie is a statement on human rights and exposes a double standard that seems to be built into our system of justice and Laws. We speak of double standards but this movie shows you how these double standard affect real people. And, we must understand, these double standards built into our system creates discrimination against whole groups of people and the injustice in that.

It wasn't quite what I thought it would be but the essence of what I was looking for was there. The overall equality in the viewing of men and women with respects to clothing.

This may be a niche documentary but is entertaining. It has some educational and historical value. It shows the struggles people had and their victories and defeats. It is inspiring whether you believe in the message or looking to make change in people's minds and government policy. The points made were pretty reasonable and challenged perspectives.

I should have read reviews before purchasing a rental of this film. I went by their social media campaign and thought this would be at least informative, if not a documentary.It was poorly written dialogue with poorly chosen music and this implied lesbian romance that was weirdly rejected at first kiss. My sister and I were so excited to finally have time to rent it and were hugely disappointed.An example of poorly chosen dialogue and music:Donning pink face masks one character yells "WE'RE PAYING HOMAGE TO OUR SISTERS PUSSY RIOT!" So begins a montage of protesting. You would think at that moment there would actually be a Pussy Riot song featured, but nah.I could go on with more examples of poor dialogue or bad scenes, but the movie isn't very long so I wouldn't want to spoil the entire thing.

interesting story. I agree with the need for equality between the sexes but in the movie I did not like the censorship of the initial group scenes of the protesting ladies.

So ein guter Film und die Handlungen gut dargestellt. Man erkennt das man eigentlich viel erreichen könnte, aber ungerecht vom Gesetz her behandelt wird. Traurig aber wahr. Also.... den Film kann man einmal gut anschauen und ist auch gut gemacht. Allerdings würde ich ihn nicht mehrmals anschauen.
