Sennheiser DeskMate Corded headset for Your Smart Phone (iPhone/Samsung)

It's working for me. I don't have a landline and I am doing job interviews and can't afford to be dropping in and out of conversations. I was convinced that a wired headset would be more satisfactory than bluetooth -- and it is.I agree that the volume is a little low, but unless you add a power source such as a battery, I don't know how you can get any amplification. Use it in a reasonably quiet place and you'll be fine.

Headsets.com is fantastic to work with! As for the headset, I am giving it 4 stars because as everyone else says, "It's just not loud enough."

In my opinion this is the best headset for the money. It does what it is supposed to do with no surprises.

The mic is not flexible and folks can hear your breathing.

Not the greatest. The audio quality on the other end of my calls is reportedly good - when it works. But the connection regularly cuts out, and I am fairly certain the problem is not with my new Galaxy Note 4 phone's headphone jack, though it's possible that the problem lies with a weak AT&T network strength... Who knows?As I had read in other reviews, the volume on my end does not go up high enough. I thought I could live with this, but combined with the other issue, it is very irritating, & seems like this would have been so very easy for the manufacturers to have gotten right.Long story short, I rarely ever use these headphones at present.

I use my headset for hours at a time. They are lightweight and comfortable and the sound quality is good. If I have any complaint it's that the speaker volume can be low when ambient volume is high. The folks at headsets.com were great
