Nuts are good for you so why not this. Its pricey though in comparison. I dont use for cooking where I still like EVO but this is very nice for drizzling on fresh salads.A healthy choice.

I've been using this walnut oil instead of olive oil and it adds a special flavor, although the flavor is subtle. Don't expect intense flavor. This is real oil, not artificial stuff.

The oil seem's to be good quality and has a walnut taste to it but never having walnut oil of any brand previously it would be hard to really give it an honest rating.It is very smooth and a taste of wlnut definitely adds to most any salad.
