I am on my second bottle. I had to decide between this manufacturer and another very high priced, well marketed Beta Glucan. For the price I thought it was worth a try because I knew that I was having blood work drawn soon. After taking this product for almost 2 months, this was the first time in 5 years that my lymphocyte count was normal! So this product absolutely did what it claimed to do for me. I am very pleased and hope that with my next set of blood work the results will be even better. I've noticed no other side effects other than improved lymphocytes!

Unbelievable Results
I changed almost nothing about my diet and exercise patterns, and after 6 months of taking one of these every morning my lipid panel scores improved across the board. Bad cholesterol down, good cholesterol up, total cholesterol down, lost 6 lbs, triglycerides down 100 points, nearly eliminated my GI intolerance symptoms... Got this to aid in my weight loss journey. Along with CLA, a modified diet and a little exercise, I was able to shed a lot of weight, about 3 pant sizes in a couple of months. Can't say what I should attribute it to, as the only things that really changed between my stubborn overweight stage and my healthy stage was CLA, beta glucans, and a gimmicky "night time fat burner". Either way, adding this product helped speed up the process. No side effects, good size capsules, not overpriced.
