I hate to use the word "miracle" because I don't want to be dramatic or sound like a schill, but this product has been a miracle for me. I had been dealing with the worst external hemorrhoid I've experienced, with all the other symptoms that entails. Constantly feeling like I had to "go," hours on the throne, burning, itching, etc. I tried a well-known oil, a not-so-well-known oil, Preperation H, a horrid-smelling Chinese brand (which was semi-effective, to be honest), and finally Reejoys. After the very first application, the cooling soothed the pain and burning. After only 3 weeks, my symptoms are completely gone, and so is the little devil causing my discomfort. I will swear by this product and am going to buy some more even though the second tube is 3/4 full. I never want to run out of this wonderful cream as it is the only one that has truly worked for me. I recommend this product with no reservations - just make sure you temper your expectations. The relief is immediate, but it will take a little while for the hemorrhoid to shrink.

It definitely works and helps any discomfort right away and throughout the day. I think it speeds up the healing process once your in a situation. I’m not sure it’s a cure all but I find it better than the general big brand competition. That applies for both creams and the pads. The cooling effervescent is not bad. The product is a good value compared to other products on Amazon. I can’t say I’ve tried everything but this is the best thing I’ve tried so far. I would definitely buy again in the future. I haven’t used it in the worse situation yet but I think regardless of your situation this would help. The overall product texture , smell, and feel is more of a cream than an oily or jelly. The product has a minty smell that is preferred over the competition. The product comes in a cardboard box. The ingredient list is fine. I would suggest this product to other people suffering or looking for an alternative. It has a pointy top to puncture the foil top. The cream is a tan color. The ingredients are all natural and typically in the realm of other homeopathic treatments. I was never a fan of the major brands that you see in stores for this. For now ive found something better.

Got this for a family member who has been struggling with hemorrhoids. He said it will not take care of it completely, but has been helpful especially on really bad days.

Nice product. Stops soreness from anal fissure within minutes. The smell is not strong but fresh. The quality is very good for it's price, which is low in similar products.

Possibly due to the heat in my area, the actual tube was leaking the cream from the crimped end. It was not a good crimp. There was cream all inside the little box the tube was in. The little box was completely sealed in a shrink-wrapped plastic material. I think the cream is ok to use. I’ll come back & update this after I actually use the cream.

I used it only ones on an external hemorrh, so have no idea of long-term effects. The cream is antibacterial. I bought it just in case, but I am glad I did. It definitely cools much better than anything I used before (saying nothing about those Tuck's thin close sheets that do not cool at all and make a mess out of underwear). Most of the ingredients are unknown to me, apart from chlorhexidine acetate, which is a great antibacterial substance. Anyway, I do recommend this cream, and give it 4 stars just because its packaging. The head contains a tiny cone that did not help at all to make an opening in the dispensing end of the tube (I used a sharp knife to do it). Also, a tube is half-filled, so the price is too high for a small amount of the cream inside. It has a standard light medical scent, which I am used to and like.
