How well does this product work for attracting Deer with the apple sent?

It works great if u have apples going but if u don't u could alarm deer especially a wise buck it the smell there not use to it

Hello, this unit comes with the vaporizer, battery, and charger. All scents and mounting hardware are sold separately.

How does the remote since with the unit? I can’t get mine to work with the remore

I had to change the battery in my remote to make it work. It takes a cr2032 battery. If you are trying to use remote from a tree stand, you have to find the sweet spot because of the angle. I use a tripod to elevate my wyndscent unit and the remote works better.

What type of cartridge does it use?

It uses a Wyndscent 2.0/Wyndscent Mini Cartridge. A couple different ones are available on Amazon. If you don't see them there, you can find them on Wyndscent's website. https://www.wyndscent.com/collections/wyndscent-2-0-cartridges
