Laoganma (Lao Gan Ma) Black Beans Chili Sauce, 9.88OZ, 1 Bottle by Lao Gan Ma

I made a dish with pork belly, onions, white miso, ginger, soy sauce and this, served with noodles in a blended silken tofu and soy sauce broth plus halves of boiled eggs and roasted tenderstem broccoli. It was really really good! There is a somewhat spicy taste to it but none of us found it particularly hot.

Really good, you only need small amount so it’s lasting a long time. Good packaging as well no leak or break. Good product

use this to pickle bamboo shoots. burp
