Comfortable but expected bit more sturdiness
Chair is comfortable. Expected bit more sturdiness from nilkamal. The same chair when purchased in shop has more sturdiness. Not sure of genunity of this online product but., Have been using this over an year., So far it is in good shape

The level of seat is very low and usable to rise due to low level seat
Low height seat and unable to rise when l am seated.knees are not supported.

reason for delay in pick up of defective item for return and refund
Received 4 chairs but one of them is defective. Spoke to your customer service executive Mr Mahesh on 24.9.21 and sent pictures of the defective item. After verification, I was informed that the defective item will be picked up within 3 working days and a refund will be initiated. So far no pick up has taken place. I like to know when the item will be picked up

Legs and seat which we rest are bit Shaky
Comfort wise it is Excellent. Back Support and legs are bit Shaky. While leaving the chair properly mild shakyness is observed in legs
