Best feature is that it is made of lightweight, sweat-wicking material. It is breathable and comfortable. It's well structured at the neckline and has elastic sleave ends. It does not have the American flag patch on the arm, so if you are looking for an authentic referee jersey, this is not it. This does work well for low-key referee events like children's basketball games. It also is fairly inexpensive and probably the highest quality option of similarly priced competitor's products.

This is definitely thinner than I was expecting - think windbreaker thin but not that material. Very thin. But despite the thin nature of the material, it's still quality enough to get by. I wish the V cut didn't go as far down but I can wear a shirt under it. For under $20, this is a great value. You can get better quality but you'll spend $40-50 for that.

I couldn't believe the price for this shirt. I needed something for a VBS sports theme week for kids. It was affordable, looked cute, fit well and felt nice...not too thick. FYI...it has a silky feel to it. It's not a jersey knit. If you need a referee shirt, this is a GREAT option. I bought a 2x and had plenty of room. It was perfect.
